Start a Better Accountant workspace and complete the required onboarding steps.
Open the app from the website CTA or go directly to the production app URL.

Sign up
Create an account with email and password, or continue with Google if that provider is configured for the deployment.
After authentication, Better Accountant creates or resolves your app user in Convex and routes you through onboarding if your profile or organization is incomplete.
Create a workspace
Onboarding establishes the organization that owns clients, documents, usage records, provider keys, and billing state.
Use the firm name your team expects to see in the app shell. This name appears in workspace context and team administration.
Complete the first setup loop
The dashboard tracks the basic activation steps:

You can use the product before every step is complete, but unresolved setup items remain visible so the workspace does not drift into a half-configured state.
