• To process your documents using AI-assisted extraction and analysis

We use third-party services to operate the platform, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, and AI model providers. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

AI processing

Documents you upload may be processed by AI models to extract accounting data, classify transactions, and generate workpapers. Your client documents are not used to train AI models. If you use the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) feature, document processing occurs via your own API credentials and is subject to that provider's terms.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand how the service is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You may:

• Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
